COMPANY POLICY AND COMMON QUESTIONS

 

Our Promise: 

If you feel we have produced bad craftsmanship, missed something that was included in your service, or fell short on ANY of our services, we will make it right. To the limit of the service cost, we will fix any issue presented completely free of charge, in a timely manner. ALL claims must be brought to our attention via phone call, email, or in person with photo evidence within 48hrs of the completion of the service. No exceptions. 

 

 

Our Policies:

  • Any aftermarket part or modification including subwoofers, CB radios, body kits, truck equipment, etc. that is mounted to the vehicle will not be unmounted or removed to mitigate the risk of damaging the equipment.

     

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of regular cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.

     

  • We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.

     

  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the scheduled work.

     

  • We reserve the right to use any one of our experienced staff to undertake your auto detailing and may need to change the detailer at short notice without penalty.

     

  • We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card to secure the booking.

     

  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure.

     

  • We reserve the right to refuse or deny any booking or refuse to continue with the scheduled work if they deem the customer to be unreasonable.

WARRANTIES

Currently, our warranties cover painted surfaces only as Recommended by ICON ROCKLEAR. The warranties cover the effects the coatings provide for the given amount of time warrantied. If your vehicle has NOT been maintained correctly as stated in our warranty pamphlets, warranty is void. This may be caused by car wash machines/tunnel washes, improper washing techniques, or failure to maintain a regular cleaning routine. Washing once a month at least is recommended. We will NOT be quick to dismiss your warranty. If you have ANY issues with your coating we would greatly appreciate any opportunity you give us to make things right.

CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING

 

Any Appointment cancellation without 2 days (48 HR) notice will not be able to re-book. This is to cover lost wages of our employees. You are limited to 1 rescheduling only. All Deposits are Non-refundable.

 

QUESTIONS ANSWERED 

"Why is there a "+ " after the price tags?!"

Our services are not all flat rates, but are usually charged as such. It is very rare that we will charge above the price listed. And you will be notified if your car may be subject to any up charge before the detail is started upon request. You should know that your car may be up-charged if it has any of the following: excessively soiled carpets, stuck-on candy/food, excessive amounts of pet hair, lifted vehicles, excessive amounts of interior personal items/trash. If your car doesn't have any of these, your good. Please understand we do this to charge customers as fairly as possible, it wouldn't be fair to charge a car that took 2 hours longer to complete the same price as one that took 2 hours less!

"How can I pay?"

We accept Cash, And All Cards. You will receive a printed receipt.

​

"Do I have to be there when my car is done?" 

No! We understand your busy, you will have until 5:30PM to pickup your vehicle.
